Yasheng Group's subsidiary establishes new agricultural company

Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (SSE:600108) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gansu Yasheng Tianyuan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd, has completed the establishment of a new agricultural technology company named Gansu Yasheng Ganyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The new entity has finalized its industrial and commercial registration and secured its business license from the Zhangye City Ganzhou District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in Gansu Province. The registered capital of the new company is CNY 30 million. Its business scope includes agricultural scientific research and experimental development, vegetable planting, production, sales, processing, transportation, storage and other related services of agricultural products, primary processing of edible agricultural products, primary agricultural product acquisition, and technical services, development, consultation, exchange and transfer. The date of incorporation of the new entity is June 25, 2025.
