Poly Developments And Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600048) announced that it has received a "Notice of Acceptance of Registration" from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors of China, granting approval for the registration of ultra-short-term financing bills. The registration is valid for two years from the date of the notice. The approved registration allows the company to issue ultra-short-term financing bills with a registered amount of CNY5 billion under registration number "中市协注(2025)SCP149号". Joint lead underwriters for the financing are Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. The company stated it will proceed with the issuance based on market conditions and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely information disclosure.
