Beijing Haohua Energy completes wholly-owned subsidiary cancellation

Beijing Haohua Energy Resource (SSE:601101) announced the completion of the cancellation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haohua Energy International (Hong Kong). This decision was approved at the company's seventh board of directors' eleventh meeting on August 23, 2024, where a resolution was passed to liquidate the subsidiary. Haohua Energy International has obtained confirmation from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce for the overseas investment cancellation, as well as a dissolution notice from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Companies Registry. All related domestic and foreign cancellation registration procedures have been completed.
