Yu Jianxin, originally appointed on June 28, 2019 and scheduled to serve until August 7, 2025, has stepped down prior to the end of his term. The departure has triggered a search for a new independent director, as required by regulations to maintain board composition. During the transition period, Yu Jianxin will continue to fulfill his duties in accordance with applicable laws and the company's articles of association.
