Haohua Energy appoints Xue Lingguang as new chairman

Beijing Haohua Energy announced the results of its 15th meeting of the 7th Board of Directors, held via communication on June 18, 2025. A key resolution was the appointment of Xue Lingguang as the new Chairman of the Board, effective from the date of the board's approval until the expiration of the 7th Board of Directors' term. This follows the retirement of Dong Yongzhan, who also resigned from his positions as director and chairman. All ten attending directors voted in favor of the motion. Consequently, Xue Lingguang will also assume the role of legal representative of the company, replacing Dong Yongzhan. Furthermore, Xue Lingguang was also appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.
