Jilin Forest Industry: Share unfreeze for major shareholder

Jilin Forest Industry (SSE:600189) announced the unfreezing of 450,000 shares held by shareholder and director Zhao Zhihua, representing 1.065% of his holdings and 0.063% of the company's total share capital. Following this unfreezing, all of Zhao Zhihua's shares are no longer frozen. The unfreeze occurred on June 16, 2025. Zhao Zhihua currently holds 42,246,094 shares or 5.907% of the company. The company clarified that Zhao Zhihua is not acting in concert with the controlling shareholder, and the share unfreezing will not impact the company's control structure or day-to-day operations.
