Fosun Pharma: Shareholder changes in pledge status announced

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group (SSE: 600196) announced that its controlling shareholder, Fosun High Technology, has completed procedures for share pledge and release. As of June 16, 2025, Fosun High Technology holds 961,424,455 shares of Fosun Pharma, representing approximately 36.00% of the total shares, with a remaining pledged amount of 685,300,000 A shares, accounting for 25.66% of the total shares. The total pledged shares of Fosun High Technology and its consistent actors account for 70.81% of all the shares they own. Additionally, 47,000,000 A shares were released from pledge. Fosun High Technology anticipates that CNY 3.956 billion of the pledged shares will mature within the next year.
