PetroChina announces CNY 0.25 per share 2024 dividend

PetroChina Company Limited (SSE:601857) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the shareholder's meeting on June 5, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.25 (including tax) per A-share, amounting to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 45,755,244,454.50 (including tax) based on the company’s total share capital of 183,020,977,818 shares. The dividend distribution is scheduled with an equity registration date of June 24, 2025, and an ex-rights date of June 25, 2025, with the cash dividend being paid on the same day.
