NARI Tech: Controlling shareholder change completed

NARI Technology (SSE:600406) announced that it has completed the registration for the transfer of state-owned shares from NARI Group to State Grid Electric Power Research Institute (SGEPRI). With the completion of the transfer on June 16, 2025, SGEPRI now directly holds 4,570,558,438 shares, representing 56.90% of NARI Technology's total share capital. Consequently, SGEPRI replaces NARI Group as the direct controlling shareholder. The ultimate controller of the company remains unchanged as the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
