HLA Corp's controlling shareholder partially releases and pledges shares

Heilan Home Group Co., Ltd. (HLA Corp, SSE:600398) announced today that its controlling shareholder, Heilan Group Co., Ltd., has undergone a transaction involving its shareholding. Specifically, 75,000,000 shares, representing 4.25% of Heilan Group's holdings and 1.56% of HLA Corp's total share capital, were released from pledge on June 13, 2025. Subsequently, these shares were re-pledged to the Export-Import Bank of China, Jiangsu Branch, with a maturity date of September 5, 2033.
