BBMG Corp to revise articles, cancel board of supervisors

Beijing BBMG Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:601992) announced the resolutions passed at its 7th Board of Directors' 12th meeting, held on June 13, 2025. Key resolutions include the approval of amendments to the company's Articles of Association and the cancellation of the Board of Supervisors. All nine attending directors voted in favor of both proposals. The proposed changes to the Articles of Association and the cancellation of the Board of Supervisors are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
