Aiko Solar guarantees CNY 200m for Tianjin subsidiary

Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy (SSE:600732) announced that it has signed a guarantee agreement with China Bohai Bank Tianjin Branch to provide a CNY 200 million joint liability guarantee for Tianjin Aiko Solar's working capital loan. The total outstanding guarantee amount the company has provided for its subsidiaries stands at CNY 254.12 million, which is within the approved limit of CNY 3.62 billion authorized by the 2024 Annual General Meeting. As of the announcement date, the actual debt balance under the existing guarantees is CNY 149.63 million, accounting for 714.97% of the company’s latest audited net assets. The company confirmed that there are no overdue external guarantees.
