Sunong Bank proposes capital increase, amends articles of association

Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank (SSE:603323) has announced plans to increase its registered capital and revise its articles of association, subject to shareholder approval. The proposed changes, detailed in a series of filings, involve an increase in registered capital from CNY 1,803,061,543 to CNY 2,018,541,437. This is to account for the conversion of convertible corporate bonds into shares and the completion of the 2024 profit distribution with a bonus share issue, increasing share capital by 31,976,127 shares and 183,503,767 shares respectively.
