Longi Green Energy opts not to revise bond conversion price

Longi Green Energy Technology (SSE:601012) announced the resolutions passed at its Fifth Board of Directors' sixth meeting of 2025, held on June 13, 2025. The board voted to not adjust downward the conversion price of its "Longi 22 Convertible Bonds." All eight directors attended the meeting. Director Zhong Baoshen abstained from voting due to related-party considerations. The resolution was approved with 7 votes in favor, no votes against, and no abstentions.
