China Animal Husbandry to relocate and increase subsidiary capital

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600195) announced the resolutions from its Ninth Board of Directors' eighth extraordinary meeting held on June 13, 2025. The board approved the relocation of Beijing Hualuo Feed Additive Factory's multi-dimensional production capacity to Shandong province, with a total investment of CNY 59,624,100 from the company's own funds. Additionally, the board authorized an increase of CNY 50,000,000 in the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Animal Husbandry Hualuo Animal Husbandry Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., bringing the total registered capital to CNY 150,000,000.
