Wujin Stainless adjusts 2024 dividend due to conversion

Jiangsu Wujin Stainless Steel Pipe Group (SSE:603878) announced an adjustment to its planned 2024 cash dividend distribution. The total dividend amount has been revised from CNY 50,050,713.69 (inclusive of tax) to CNY 50,050,724.85 (inclusive of tax). This adjustment stems from an increase in the company’s total share capital, which rose to 561,069,165 shares due to conversions of its "Wujin Convertible Bonds" since the initial dividend proposal. The dividend per share remains unchanged at CNY 0.09 (inclusive of tax). The adjustment was approved by the company's board of directors, ensuring consistent distribution based on the updated share count. The record date for the dividend distribution will be announced separately.
