Star Lake Bioscience shareholder Iron Xiaorong completes stake reduction

Star Lake Bioscience Inc Zhaoqing Guangdong (SSE:600866) announced that shareholder Iron Xiaorong and its co-actor, Ningxia Yipin Investment Group, completed their planned reduction in company shares. From April 21, 2025, to June 11, 2025, Iron Xiaorong decreased their holdings by 47,894,950 shares, representing 2.88% of Star Lake Bioscience's total share capital. This was achieved through both centralized bidding (14,665,500 shares) and block trades (33,229,450 shares) at prices ranging from CNY7.46 to CNY7.89 per share, realizing CNY366,059,961. Following the reduction, Iron Xiaorong directly holds 62,334,801 shares, or 3.75% of the total share capital. The remaining planned reductions have been cancelled.
