Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (SSE:600231) has updated its "Information Disclosure Suspension and Exemption Business Management Measures," effective June 12, 2025. The revisions, approved at the company's ninth board of directors' 27th meeting, aim to standardize procedures for delaying or exempting certain information disclosures, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. The measures address situations involving state secrets, commercial secrets, and confidential business information. The document outlines the conditions under which information disclosure can be delayed or exempted, the procedures for internal review, and the requirements for record-keeping and reporting to regulatory authorities. The updated measures repeal the previous version from 2016.
