FiberHome adjusts convertible bond price after 2024 dividend

FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies (SSE:600498) has announced the adjustment of the conversion price for its "FiberHome Convertible Bonds" following the approval of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan at the shareholder's meeting on May 16, 2025. The initial conversion price of CNY 25.99 will be adjusted from CNY 22.55 to CNY 22.37 per share, effective June 20, 2025. This adjustment accounts for the approved cash dividend of CNY 0.179 per share to be distributed to A-shareholders based on the registered share capital as of the record date, June 19, 2025. Trading of the bonds will be suspended from June 12 to June 19 and resume on June 20. The company will withhold taxes for individual and Hong Kong market investors according to applicable regulations.
