COSCO SHIPPING Development (SSE:601866, HKEX:02866) announced daily share repurchase activities on June 11, 2025. The company repurchased 2,268,000 H-shares at approximately HKD 2,336,040 and 1,000,000 A-shares at approximately RMB 2,520,000. The H-share repurchases, conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, ranged from HKD 1.03 per share. The company aims to enhance shareholder value through these repurchase programs, which are authorized under resolutions passed on June 28, 2024.
