China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), a key shareholder in CETC Energy Joint-Stock (SSE:600877), has completed its previously announced plan to increase its stake in the company. From the initial announcement on October 21, 2024, up to the present disclosure, CETC invested a total of CNY 251,958,306.88 (excluding transaction costs) to acquire 20,277,573 shares, representing 1.71% of CETC Energy Joint-Stock's total share capital. This move brings CETC's total holdings to 41.31% . The share increase was executed through concentrated bidding transactions via the Shanghai Stock Exchange and does not impact the actual controller.
