Sinotrans announces director change; appoints new director

Sinotrans (SSE:601598) disclosed that Song Rong has resigned from his position as a director due to work adjustments, effective June 6, 2025. Consequently, Song Rong will no longer serve on the board's strategy and sustainable development committee. To fill the vacancy, the board approved the appointment of Gao Xiang as a director, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Gao Xiang currently serves as the General Manager and Chief Digital Officer of Sinotrans. He holds 300,000 A shares of the company. His term will last until the end of the fourth board of directors.
