Pacific Quartz plans differentiated dividend distribution for 2024

Jiangsu Pacific Quartz (SSE:603688) intends to implement a differentiated dividend distribution for its 2024 fiscal year, according to a legal opinion issued by Shanghai Dongfang Huayin Law Firm. This plan addresses the company's repurchase of 2,818,300 shares, representing approximately 0.52% of its total share capital, which are held in a dedicated repurchase account and are not eligible for dividend participation. The proposed dividend distribution will be CNY 0.19 per share (inclusive of tax) to shareholders excluding the repurchased shares, based on a total of 538,859,989 shares.
