Luenmei Quantum announces 2024 annual cash dividend distribution

Luenmei Quantum Co., Ltd. [SSE:600167] announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approving a cash dividend of CNY 0.20 per A-share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2025, with the ex-right date and cash dividend distribution date both set for June 17, 2025. The total proposed cash dividend distribution amounts to CNY 444,906,198.60, representing 67.51% of the audited net profit attributable to the parent company in 2024. A special dividend of CNY 2.00 per 10 shares will be paid to shareholders excluding the company's repurchase account. Different tax treatments apply to individual and institutional investors, including QFII and Hong Kong Stock Connect shareholders.
