Hanma Tech updates on reorganization share transfer progress

Hanma Technology Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600375) announced further developments in the transfer of shares as part of its approved reorganization plan. As previously disclosed, the reorganization involves a capital reserve increase of 1,603,071,367 shares. The transfers include 515,385,607 shares designated for strategic investors and 433,370,916 shares earmarked for debt repayment to creditors.
