GigaDevice adjusts 2024 dividend after stock option exercise

Gigadevice Semiconductor (Beijing) Inc (SSE:603986) announced an adjustment to its 2024 annual profit distribution plan following the exercise of stock options. The total cash dividend has been revised upwards to CNY225,575,097.80 from the previously proposed CNY225,132,594.60. This change comes after 1,301,480 shares were issued due to the exercise of stock options under the company's 2024 incentive plan. These shares were sourced from the company's buyback program, reducing the number of shares held in the dedicated buyback account from 1,904,500 to 603,020 and increasing the shares participating in the profit distribution from 662,154,690 to 663,456,170. The per-share dividend remains unchanged at CNY0.34.
