China Wafer Level CSP shareholder plans significant stake sale

China Wafer Level CSP (SSE:603005) announced that shareholder China Venture Capital intends to reduce its stake in the company. As of the date of the announcement, China Venture Capital holds 102,849,766 shares, representing 15.77% of the company's total share capital. The planned reduction will involve selling no more than 13,043,400 shares, equivalent to 2% of the total share capital, through block transactions. The selling period is slated to run from June 27, 2025, to September 26, 2025. The shares being sold were obtained prior to the company's IPO, and the sale is motivated by the shareholder's own funding needs. China Venture Capital has committed to disclosing details of any reduction three trading days in advance, per regulations.
