China Animal Husbandry Industry elects new board at meeting

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600195) convened its first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 2025, where shareholders approved the election of the company's ninth board of directors. According to a legal opinion issued by Beijing Jincheng Tongda Law Firm, the meeting adhered to relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. The meeting, held both in person and via online voting, saw participation from shareholders representing 50.4971% of the company’s total voting shares. The approved director appointments are set to guide the company's strategic direction.
