China Communications Construction Corporation (SSE:601800) announced that its controlling shareholder, CCCC Group, has executed its first purchase of the company's H shares, acquiring 2,320,000 shares on June 9, 2025, through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Hong Kong Stock Connect system. This initial acquisition, valued at HKD 12,191,040.00, represents approximately 0.0143% of the company’s total share capital.
