Runda Medical announces "Runda convertible bond" 2025 interest payment

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology (SSE:603108) announced its upcoming interest payment for the "Runda Convertible Bond" due in 2025. Bondholders as of June 16, 2025, will receive CNY1.80 per CNY100 face value on June 17, 2025. The company has also completed the return of CNY180 million in idle funds, previously used to supplement working capital, back to their designated special account. The temporary use of funds was approved in June 2024 and has been returned, as confirmed by the company and its lead underwriter, Guojin Securities.
