Lanhua Science approves asset demolition compensation for Anda KeGong

Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture (SSE:600123) has announced the approval of a resolution concerning asset demolition compensation and related party transactions. The company's eighth supervisory board, in its first interim meeting, approved the plan to compensate Jincheng Anda KeGong for the demolition of a portion of its assets. This action is tied to the construction of a new 1.2 million-ton/year coal washing project by Lanhua Coal Washing, a wholly-owned subsidiary.
