Jinyu Bio-Technology transfers investment fund shares for CNY 135m

Jinyu Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the transfer of its CNY 20 million share, representing 26.4706%, in Beijing Zhongji Huake Venture Capital (limited partnership) to Beijing Jinling Huarui Consulting (limited partnership). The transaction is valued at CNY 135 million and involves the transfer of Inner Mongolia Zhangji Hospital Management's 60% equity. Following the transfer, Jinyu Bio-Technology will retain a CNY 6.5 million share in the fund, constituting 12.7451% of the total. The company stated that the deal will not affect its business operations and has been approved by the fund's partnership meeting.
