Humanwell Healthcare announces executive resignations and new president

Humanwell Healthcare Group (SSE:600079) announced the resignations of Director Li Jie, Director and President Deng Xiafei, and Vice President Li Li’e, effective June 9, 2025. These resignations are attributed to personal reasons. While Deng Xiafei and Li Li’e will no longer hold their respective positions as of June 9, Li Jie and Deng Xiafei will continue to fulfill their director duties until the election of new directors at an upcoming extraordinary shareholders meeting. The board has appointed Du Wentao, previously the Vice President, as the new President. As of the announcement, Li Jie held 86,747,204 shares, Deng Xiafei held 1,572,966 shares, and Li Li’e held 513,018 shares in Humanwell Healthcare Group.
