GigaDevice appoints new employee director amid leadership changes

Gigadevice Semiconductor (Beijing) Inc (SSE:603986) today announced leadership changes with the resignation of director Wang Zhiwei, effective immediately. GigaDevice expressed its gratitude to Mr. Wang for his contributions during his tenure. Simultaneously, GigaDevice's employee representatives convened on June 10, 2025, to elect Wen Tian as the new employee representative director. Ms. Wen's term will run until the conclusion of the fifth session of the board. GigaDevice's board of directors consists of nine members. The board approved a slate of resolutions, paving the way for a potential listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. These resolutions included plans for the issuance of H shares and amendments to the company's articles of association.
