Cybrid Technologies to guarantee subsidiary's financing

Cybrid Technologies (SSE:603212) announced that it will provide financing guarantees totaling CNY 100 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Cybrid. This guarantee falls within the approved limit authorized by the shareholders' meeting. As of the announcement date, the company's total outstanding guarantees stand at CNY 564 million, representing 21.09% of the company's latest audited net assets. Zhejiang Cybrid's asset-liability ratio for the end of 2024 exceeded 70%. The guarantee aims to support Zhejiang Cybrid's daily operations and business development. The guarantee period is three years from the expiration of the debt performance period.
