Cosco Shipping Development repurchases shares on SSE and HKEX

COSCO SHIPPING Development (SSE:601866) disclosed it repurchased 2,900,000 A-shares on the SSE on June 9, 2025, at prices ranging from RMB2.48 to RMB2.4842 per share, amounting to a total cost of RMB7,204,242. These shares are intended for cancellation. Additionally, the company repurchased 3,736,000 H shares on the HKEX the same day, at a price of HKD1.0094 per share, for a total of HKD3,771,000, also intended for cancellation. The company has conducted numerous share repurchase programs since April. The announcement also confirms no material changes to the information in the circular previously submitted to the stock exchange. COSCO SHIPPING Development is authorized to repurchase up to 367,600,000 shares.
