CNOOC Energy Technology & Services' 2024 Annual General Meeting, held on June 9, 2025, was deemed legally compliant by Beijing DeHeng Law Firm. The firm's legal opinion confirmed that the AGM's procedures, attendee qualifications, and voting processes were in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. 433 shareholders and proxy representatives, representing 8,632,090,301 shares, or 84.9188% of voting shares, attended the meeting. All 18 proposed resolutions were passed, including those concerning the 2024 board and supervisory board reports, financial results, profit distribution, auditor reappointment, 2025 financial budget, amendments to the company's articles of association and related management systems. The law firm's opinion will be included in the company's public filings related to the AGM.
