Xinhu Zhongbao updates guarantees for subsidiary Zhejiang Yunsheng

Xinhu Zhongbao (SSE:600208) has released an update on its guarantee activities for its subsidiary, Zhejiang Yunsheng Investment Group. The company, along with its subsidiary Hangzhou Xinhu Meilizhou Real Estate, signed a maximum mortgage contract with China Minsheng Bank, Jiaxing Branch, providing a guarantee of CNY 35 million for Zhejiang Yunsheng. Additionally, Xinhu Zhongbao signed a guarantee contract with Bank of Communications, Jiaxing Branch, guaranteeing CNY 40 million for Zhejiang Yunsheng. As of now, the total outstanding external guarantees provided by Xinhu Zhongbao amount to CNY 1.9667 billion. These guarantees fall within the scope authorized by the shareholders' meeting. Zhejiang Yunsheng's net assets stood at CNY 14.83 million as of March 31, 2025.
