Sinopec Oilfield Service cancels repurchased A shares

Sinopec Oilfield Service Corp (SSE:600871) announced the cancellation of 22,366,200 repurchased A shares on June 6, 2025. The shares were repurchased through centralized bidding, with the repurchase concluding on June 4, 2025. The repurchased shares accounted for 0.12% of the company's total share capital prior to the cancellation. The repurchase aimed to reduce registered capital, with the total repurchase amount not less than CNY 4,000,000 and not exceeding CNY 5,000,000, at a price not exceeding CNY 2.74 per share. Following the cancellation, Sinopec Oilfield Service Corp's total issued shares have been reduced to 18,957,045,833, comprising 13,547,012,351 A shares and 5,410,033,482 H shares.
