SG Automotive reveals progress on annual guarantee

Liaoning SG Automotive Group (SSE:600303) announced updates on its external guarantee activities within the approved annual quota, effective May 2025. The company provided guarantees to several subsidiaries, including SG Automotive Chassis System, Fengcheng SG Automotive Half Shaft, Liaoning Huanghai Automobile Import and Export, and Dandong Huanghai Special Vehicle. Key guarantees include CN¥30 million for SG Automotive Chassis System guaranteed by the company, as well as CN¥3 million guaranteed by Dandong SG Special Vehicle.
