Qianli Technology advances RMB 1.5bn joint venture

Chongqing Qianli Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:601777) announced progress in its planned outward investment and related transaction, initially disclosed on March 3, 2025. The company is proceeding with establishing a limited partnership enterprise, referred to as "Qianli Partnership," with several entities including Liangjiang Industrial Fund, Chongqing Industrial Mother Fund, Jianghehui, Geely, Maichi Zhixing, and Lotus Robots. Qianli Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary will contribute CNY 200 million to Qianli Partnership.
