Poly Developments expands portfolio with six new real estate projects

Poly Developments & Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600048) has announced the acquisition of six new real estate projects located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Shijiazhuang, and Wenzhou. These projects, all secured through the "招拍挂" (invitation, auction, and listing) land acquisition method, focus on residential developments and will add a total land area of 241,210 square meters to the company's portfolio.
