Minsheng Bank to convene 2024 annual general meeting

China Minsheng Banking Corp. (SSE: 600016) will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2025. Shareholders will consider a range of resolutions, including the 2024 Annual Report, financial statements, and a profit distribution plan, as well as a proposal to authorize interim profit distribution for 2025. The meeting will also address the 2025 financial budget, board and supervisory board reports, director and supervisor compensation, and the reappointment of the auditing firm.
