Milkground inks IP deal with parent, boosts cash management

Shanghai Milkground Food Tech (SSE:600882) has announced a series of strategic moves, including an intellectual property (IP) rights usage agreement with its controlling shareholder, Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. The agreement, valued at CNY 52 million (excluding tax), grants Milkground the rights to use Mengniu's marketing and brand promotion resources. It also provides management consulting services to Milkground. The initial term runs through December 31, 2027.
