The company secured contracts for seven packages within the "State Grid Corporation of China’s Thirty-First Batch of Procurement in 2025" for metering equipment, involving A-level single-phase smart meters, B-level three-phase smart meters, C-level three-phase smart meters, and dedicated transformer acquisition terminals. The total value of the winning bids is approximately CNY 165.02 million, representing approximately 2.45% of the company's audited total revenue for 2024. The company anticipates a positive impact on its 2025 operating results. The official contract is yet to be signed, with the specific delivery times subject to the requirements of various provincial grid companies.
