Lanhua Sci-Tech approves all resolutions at 2024 AGM

Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture (SSE:600123) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 6, 2025. All proposed resolutions were approved, including the 2024 Board of Directors' work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board's work report, the 2024 independent directors' report, the 2024 financial statements and 2025 budget, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved the company's 2024 annual report, the engagement of Xin Yong Zhonghe as the auditor for 2024, the estimated daily related-party transactions for 2025, and the company's continued provision of guarantees to its subsidiaries. The approval included guarantees for Lanhua Coal Chemical Company and Lanhua Sci-Tech Coal Washing Company, as well as amendments to the company's articles of association. The meeting was attended by 513 shareholders and proxies, representing 723,341,767 shares, or 49.0987% of the company's total voting shares.
