Huaibei Mining announces 2024 cash dividend distribution

Huaibei Mining Holdings Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approving a cash dividend of CNY 0.75 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of June 12, 2025. The total dividend payout amounts to CNY 2,019,944,031.75, based on a total share capital of 2,693,258,709 shares.
