Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group (SSE:600196) has revised its Articles of Association following the completion of its share repurchase program. This revision, approved at the company's ninth board meeting, comes after the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 897,140 A shares, reducing the total share capital from 2,671,326,465 shares to 2,670,429,325 shares. Consequently, the registered capital decreased from CNY 2,671,326,465 to CNY 2,670,429,325. The company has duly completed the said share repurchase. The updated Articles of Association reflect the adjusted share structure and registered capital.
