Cosco Shipping Development announces share repurchase activities

COSCO SHIPPING Development (SSE:601866) announced that on June 5, 2025, it repurchased 184,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 0.98 to HKD 0.99 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 182,160. Additionally, on the same day, the company repurchased 900,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at an average price of RMB 2.4847 per share, amounting to RMB 2,236,393. Following these transactions, the total number of issued H-shares stands at 3,528,899,000 and the number of issued A-shares totals 9,798,993,820. There are 28,724,292 shares held in treasury, which means the total number of issued shares is 9,827,718,112. The repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.
