China Everbright Bank schedules 2024 AGM, proposes dividend

China Everbright Bank (SSE:601818) has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 27, 2025, to discuss key matters including financial results, profit distribution, and director compensation. The bank's board proposes a cash dividend of CNY 0.85 per 10 shares, totaling CNY 5.022 billion, for the year 2024, representing 30.14% of net profit attributable to common shareholders. The meeting will also cover the appointment of auditors for 2025, with a proposed audit fee of CNY 8.37 million, and the re-election of certain directors. Shareholders will also vote on resolutions regarding fixed asset investment, director and supervisor remuneration, and donations for poverty alleviation programs. To facilitate shareholder participation, China Everbright Bank will offer both on-site and online voting options. The AGM will be held at China Everbright Center in Beijing.
